Shipping
Products will be shipped within 7–10 days of order placement. Goods once sold cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact contactus@kervora.in. Approved returns will receive shipping instructions.
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days, subject to bank processing times.
