Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact contactus@kervora.in. Approved returns will receive shipping instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Return the item first and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days, subject to bank processing times.
Shipping
Products will be shipped within 7-10 days of order placement. Goods once sold cannot be returned unless they qualify under the return conditions above.
