With years of experience in the seafood ecosystem, she understands the challenges faced by fishermen families and women involved in traditional food practices. This understanding became the foundation for building a company that creates meaningful opportunities while preserving cultural heritage.
Under her leadership, Kervora focuses on trusted sourcing, consistent standards, and sustainable growth while bringing traditional seafood products closer to modern households.

Her leadership drives recipe innovation, product refinement, quality, consistency, and portfolio development, while strengthening Kervora's commitment to authenticity and excellence. Sathya Priya P is a dynamic leader with 5 years of experience in Data Science, analytics, and digital transformation. With a strong passion for innovation and business growth, she brings a modern and forward-thinking approach to the seafood sector.
At Kervora, she oversees digital strategy, technology initiatives, branding, and business operations with a focus on building a scalable, sustainable, and customer-focused company. Her expertise in data-driven decision-making and process optimization helps improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and market growth.

With extensive knowledge of coastal food culture and processing methods, she ensures every product reflects genuine taste, freshness, and dependable quality. Her approach combines traditional preparation values with modern quality standards, helping Kervora deliver products that feel both familiar and reliable to customers.
She plays an active role in product planning, quality evaluation, sourcing decisions, and customer feedback management, ensuring every stage maintains high internal standards. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been key in building customer confidence and long-term product consistency.
Suganthy strongly believes that food carries emotion, memories, and cultural identity beyond nutrition. Through her leadership, Kervora continues to preserve traditional value while evolving into a structured, quality-driven, and customer-focused brand.
